Powering on and running tests. 2023-09-13 13:07 UTC seasonde (Trip, Mike, Lindsay) Discovered last night that Rx Loop 1 cable was damaged by landscaping equipment. Attempted repair but still have a short. Transmit was not turned on afterwards, so the last ~12 hours of recording is with transmit set to off. Attempting Loop 1 cable fix again now. 2023-09-13 16:11 UTC seasonde (Trip, Mike, Lindsay) The repair made last night was actually to the L2 cable. All three Rx cables had damage at some point along their lines. Only L1 was causing a short, so it was the only smoking gun. Found and repaired all damaged sections. Turning system back on and running tests to check spectra. 2023-09-13 16:50 UTC seasonde (Trip, Mike, Lindsay). L1 cable has another cut ~30-40 feet towards the Rx antenna. Will fix after lunch. 2023-09-13 20:31 UTC seasonde (Trip, Mike, Lindsay) Replaced section between both cuts in L1 cable due to a hunch that there was corrosion on the shield due to water intrusion. Seems to be working now. Restarted data acquisition.
